Perfect title for this book. The pitures were marvelous and as his life progressed, it was all shown in pictures. The authur gets an ''A', he was outstanding. Silber divides the book into chapters by topic, and starts each chapter with a good explanation of the history behind the songs that follow. His interpretation really enhances the book and shows the significance that music played during this critical period in U.S. History. Two big thumbs up!!!

This book is excellent for women who are just starting to have trouble concieving. It gives detailed descriptions of what your body should be doing naturally during each cycle and what you can do to tell if something could be wrong, for instance, if you are ovulating each cycle or not.

As a native of northern New Mexico, I never looked at my home state the same after reading this book. The author actually places you in the turmoil that took place during the pueblo revolt. Thru the eyes of the native indians, the friars, soldados, and the governor of this new spanish province, the reader will experience this part of history as only Mr. Blacker can convey in his book. I strongly recommend this book to anyone interested in Early spanish american history. I have read this book 3 times, and am currently on my 4th. Definitley a keeper

Having read his sixth edition, I was impressed enough with the 10th edition that I use it for the college class I teach. Unlike most books in this area, Dr. Helfert's book is easy to read and VERY practitioner oriented. I truly believe that if you have an interest in financial analysis, either as an investor or from the perspective of running your own organization, this is the single most valuable resource you could own. If I didn't believe that was true, I'd have my students using a different book.
